Olympic Air offers you the option to check-in using any mobile device, as long as it is connected to the internet! By connecting to the webpage http://mobile.olympicair.com you can now check-in easily and quickly during meeting breaks, at your hotel or even on your way to the airport!
Select the seat that you prefer, receive your boarding pass via SMS or email, go directly to the boarding gate and enjoy the journey with one of the youngest fleets in Europe.
The mobile boarding pass will be checked at security points as well as when you board the aircraft (The Mobile Check-in service is currently available for departures from Athens International Airport, Thessaloniki International Airport, Corfu Airport, Kos Airport, Rhodes Airport, Heraklion Airport).
Finally, by using 2D barcode technology, the passenger can store the link to the boarding pass in their inbox (SMS) or email, as well as all the relevant flight information and they will no longer need to use a printer.

Mobile Check-in Procedure
Step 1
- Connect to the Olympic Air mobile website http://mobile.olympicair.com and select the mobile check-in service.
Step 2
-Select airport of departure.
- Enter your reservation code (eg. TWGCQ8) or electronic ticket code (eg. 050 2103 526 956) and the surname of the passenger as it has been entered during reservation.
Step 3
-Select passenger (s) or/and flight(s).
Step 4
- Answer the security questions.
Step 5
- The check-in procedure is completed. You can alter or add your frequent traveler number or select a different seat from the aircraft-seating plan.
Step 6
-Select desired dispatch mode of the boarding card (2D barcode) by email or SMS (text message).
Terms
- Availability: from 23 hours to 1hour before departure.
- Passengers must show their electronic boarding card (2D barcode) at the security points of Athens International Airport together with their passport or identity card.
Restrictions
- Passengers travelling with different air carriers.
- Children under 12 years travelling unaccompanied (except Italy: children under 18).
- Passengers travelling with infants younger than 2 years of age.
- Passengers with special requirements.
- In the case that your mobile device is lost, stolen, or run out of battery you will need to go through the check-in counters of Olympic Air.
