Respecting the valuable time of each passenger, Olympic Air offers the possibility of web check-in, with the advantage of directly proceeding to the departure gate. The process is carried out by passengers using a computer with access to the Internet and a printer, since the electronic boarding pass has to be printed and presented at the departure gate. Photocopies or faxes of the boarding pass are not acceptable.
Basic requirements for web check-in: passengers must have an electronic ticket, flights must be carried out by Olympic Air and passengers must not be carrying luggage that needs to be checked.
Passengers who have successfully completed the web check-in process must be at the departure gate 30 minutes before the scheduled time of departure for domestic flights and 35 minutes for international flights.
Web check-in is now available for passengers carrying luggage in the airports of Athens and Thessaloniki thus enjoying the advantage of immediate luggage drop off at the check-in counters of Olympic Air. In this case, passengers must arrive at the airport before check-in for their flight has ended.
