Step 1 - Search
You are asked to select one of the suggested options.
From
You select your city of departure - which city you wish to fly from. Click on the arrow to view the list of cities of departure and select one.
Date of departure
This selection concerns the desired date of departure. Click on the arrows or on the calendar and select a date. When the calendar pops up, the current month is displayed. You can navigate to following months by clicking on the arrow (»).
If you wish to receive additional results for dates that are close to your selection, you can edit the relevant field on the right of the calendar. Click on the arrow and select the number of extra days.

Here, you select your city of arrival – which city you wish to go to. Click on the arrow to view the list of cities of arrival and select one.
Date of return
This selection concerns your desired date of return. Click on the arrows or on the calendar, and select a date. When the calendar pops up, the current month is displayed. You can navigate to following months by clicking on the arrow (»).
If you wish to receive additional results for dates that are close to your selection, you can edit the relevant field on the right of the calendar. Click on the arrow and select the number of extra days.
Type of travel
You are given 2 options:
Round Trip, which means that you want to return to your departure city.
One-Way Trip, which means that you only want to fly to your arrival city.
Make your selection by clicking on the relevant circle.
Passengers
There are three categories: Adults, Children and Infants. Click on the arrow and select the number of passengers in each category. According to International Regulations, there must be one adult passenger for each infant.
Selections - Type of Fare
If you wish to get results for a specific type of fare, click on the arrow and select the type of fare you prefer. Otherwise, leave the default selection “all” and continue.
The fares differ in regard to:
The restrictions concerning changes, cancellations and child/infant fares.
The price: lower price means more restrictions
The service: extra services are provided to Business Class passengers.
Press “continue” and you will be taken to the 2nd step.
Step 2 – Selection
On this page, you can check the availability of flights and tickets for departure and return for the dates you selected. The available flights and times of departure are displayed (direct flights are listed first, followed by connecting flights).
Select the outgoing flight and the fare you prefer by clicking on the relevant circle. Repeat these steps for the return flight.
If there is no flight available on the date of your choice, you can view the availability of flights on the previous or the next day by clicking on the relevant links.
The prices shown are per person. Taxes are not displayed on this page. Taxes are presented in detail on the next page.
Fares for children and infants appear when the cursor is placed on the selected price and flight.
You can view the type of aircraft by clicking on the flight number.
Press “Continue” and you will be taken to the 3rd step.
Step 3 – Review
On this page, you can view the flight details and the breakdown of the ticket price. Please check your itinerary carefully before proceeding to the next step. If you realize that you have selected the wrong flight or fare, click on the “Back” link to return to the previous step and correct your selection.
In order to proceed, follow the links to the “Terms and Conditions” section in order to read the terms and conditions of fares and transportation. Please confirm that you have been made aware of the terms and conditions by clicking on the relevant field (tick).
Press “Continue” and you will be taken to the 4th step.
Step 4 – Purchase
On this page, you have to enter passenger information, contact information and payment information in the relevant fields.
Your Itinerary / Fare Summary
On the left part of the page, you can review once more the flight details and the breakdown of the ticket price. Please check your itinerary carefully before proceeding to the next step. If you realize that you have selected the wrong flight or fare, click on the “Back” link to return to the previous step and correct your selection.
If you agree with the displayed selections, you may continue.
Passengers
Complete each relevant field with the passenger information.
To enter Title (adults) and Gender (children), click on the arrow and select Title or Gender.
Enter the Name and the Surname of each passenger in capital Latin characters.
Enter the date of birth of each child and infant in the appropriate format in the relevant fields (DD/MM/YYYY, e.g. 01/01/2007).
If you are a Travelair Club member, type the number of your Travelair Club card for each passenger in the field “Frequent Flyer”; otherwise, leave it blank.
Contact Information
Click on the arrow to select the type of telephone number you wish to register.
Click on the arrow to view the drop-down list and select your country. Your country calling code will appear automatically. Enter your city calling code, followed by your telephone number without spaces, full stops or hyphens.
Enter your e-mail address. This will be the address at which we will contact you in case of any issues concerning your flight and send you confirmation for your seat booking and ticket purchase.
Re-enter your e-mail address for confirmation.
Confirm that you wish to receive updates on any offers by clicking on the relevant field (tick). If you do not wish to receive updates, leave this field blank.
Payment Information
Click on the arrow and select the Type of Credit Card you will use to purchase the ticket(s).
Enter the Name of the Credit Card Holder exactly as it is appears on the credit card, but without including the Father’s Name.
Enter the Card Number.
Click on the arrows and select the month and year, in order to register the card’s Expiry Date.
Enter the Security Code (CVV). For more information, click on the relevant link (“What Is This?”)
Enter the Contact Information for matters concerning the ticket payment: if you wish to be contacted at the telephone number you already entered in the previous section, please click on the “Use Information for Contact” field (tick). If you wish to enter a different telephone number, click on the arrow to select the type of telephone number you are about to enter.
Click on the arrow to view the drop-down list and select your country. Your country calling code will be automatically registered. Enter your city calling code, followed by your telephone number without spaces, full stops or hyphens.
Ticket Delivery Information
In this section, you can see if your ticket is electronic. If it is not, there will be information regarding delivery of your ticket.
Press “Continue” and you will be taken to the 5th step.
Step 5 – Confirmation
Congratulations! Your transaction was successful.
On this page, you can view your reservation number, the passenger information, the price of the ticket and information regarding delivery of the ticket.
You will soon receive confirmation by e-mail.
