The Reservation Department of Olympic Air targets to increase the operational and communicative effectiveness of the company, through the provision of quality services. Communicative effectiveness is made possible through personalized telephone communication. To achieve this aim, Olympic Air combines qualified and trained human resources with automated information and telecommunications systems .
 An Olympic Air advantage is the successful administration of all incoming calls regarding reservations, ticket issuance, ticket changes and cancellations along providing general travel information.
