Physically challenged passengers
At Olympic Air, we aim at providing safety and comfort to our passengers; this is why we have established standards for services responding to passengers’ special needs. Among others, we offer the following:

- Reception and escort services for hearing and visually impaired passengers
- Wheelchair service to and from the aircraft
- Special Meals
Furthermore, the ground crew and the cabin crew will be at your disposal throughout the flight, so as to facilitate your boarding and disembarkation as well as your journey.
These services are available to you, provided that you inform us on your particular needs when booking your flight. If there is a health problem, or if you have recently undergone surgery, you should consult your doctor before flying.
Below you may find the medical form of our company, which, in communication with the ticket office where you have made your booking, must be completed by the passenger and the attending physician and signed accordingly. The signed form must be sent to the ticket office where the booking has been made, so that in communication with the company's doctor approval for the passenger's transportation may be given, depending on the passenger's condition.

Meet and Assist Service (SSR MAAS Special Service Request- Meet and Assist Service)
Olympic Air presents its customers with the new service ' Meet and Assist' to escort passengers around the airport.
Our highly trained staff will accompany passengers who have requested the service throughout their stay at the airport either upon arrival or before departure, and while waiting to board connecting flights.

For more information about using ' Meet and Assist' service passengers are kindly requested to contact the Reservations Department on 210 35.50.500 or 801.801.01.01 (fixed telephone in Greece), which operates daily 08:00 - 23:00, at least 48 hours prior to flight departure.
