Physically challenged passengers

At Olympic Air, we aim to provide safety and comfort throughout the entrie duration of your flight; this is why we have established standards for services responding to your special needs. Among others, we offer the following:

  • Reception and escort services for the hearing and visually impaired
  • Wheelchair service to and from the aircraft
  • Special Meals (valid only on international flights)

Furthermore, the ground crew and the cabin crew will be at your disposal during the flight, so as to facilitate your boarding and disembarkation as well as your journey.

These services are available to you, provided that you inform us on your particular needs when booking your flight. If there is a health problem, or if you have recently undergone surgery, you should consult your doctor before flying.

By clicking on the relevant link to the right, you can download the necessary medical form that you need to complete and get signed by your attending physician in order to travel. The completed and signed form must then be submitted to the ticket office where you made your booking so you can obtain the company's doctor approval for your travel.

Special Service Request - Meet and Assist Service (SSR MAAS)

Olympic Air offers you a "Meet & Assist" service so as to ensure your ease and comfort around the airport by highly trained satff. 

The extra charge for the “Meet & Assist” service if you are under the age of 65 is 10€ for both domestic and international flights. If however you are over the age of 65, you are exempt from any extra charges and thus benefit from this special service free of charge.

For more information about the "Meet & Assist" service, kindly contact the Reservations Department at least 48 hours prior to flight departure.
