When making the booking, the User must specify the desired car park and the duration of parking.
Parking spaces must be booked no later than 3h prior to the date and time when the parking space is required.
The booking you make is non-transferable from you to someone else and is valid only for the dates and times, price and car park specified in your booking.
When you book car parking via AIA’s website, a Booking Confirmation Email is sent to your e-mail address, containing your Booking Reference Number and a barcode.
For using the car park that you booked, it is imperative that:
While at the car park that you booked, you must comply with the following procedure:
- you follow the instructions contained in the Booking Confirmation Email
- you use the vehicle with the license plate specified in your booking, ensuring that the license plate is clean, undamaged and not obscured in any way
- you print the Booking Confirmation Email containing the barcode and have it with you in order to be recognized at the car park.
Upon your entrance:
- Your vehicle is automatically recognized at the entrance of the car park, given that you use the vehicle with the license plates that you confirmed in the booking (ATTENTION: Do not press the button for ticket!). Alternatively, you will need to show the barcode contained at the Booking Confirmation Email at the barcode reader at the entry control unit.
- Take the ticket that is automatically issued.
- Keep the ticket with you for as long as your car remains at the Airport car park.
Upon your exit:
- Before proceeding to your car, walk to one of the auto pay stations located at the car parking facilities with your parking ticket and pay. Payment methods available are cash or credit card.
- Drive to the parking exit with the paid ticket. Insert the ticket into the exit control unit, and the barrier gate will open.
Your credit card will not be charged at the moment you make the booking. You will pay for the booking parking service at the auto pay stations located at the car park, based on your actual parking duration, according to the applicable booking tariff. Specifically:
i) In case the Parking Period is exactly the one specified in your Booking Confirmation Email, the booking tariff as specified in your booking confirmation email will be charged.
ii) In case your Parking Period is greater than that specified in your Booking Confirmation Email (overstay), the appropriate fee for the additional time based on the booking tariff will be charged.
iii) In case your Parking Period is less than that specified in your Booking Confirmation Email (understay), the appropriate fee for your actual parking period time based on the booking tariff will be charged.
iv) Non shows will not be charged.
Any queries in relation to payment can be made in writing to email@example.com (response time within one business day).
3.2. Cancellations or Amendments to Bookings for Car Parking
Your booking or part of it can be cancelled or amended via AIA’s website, in the "Manage My Booking" section. In order to access the specific booking, the unique Booking Reference Number and email address used to make the booking are required. AIA must receive notice of the requested changes at least 24 hours before the stated start time and date of the parking period.
Extension of the booked parking period can only be made if parking spaces are available for the entire duration of the desired period of extension. In case of extension of an online booking this will be treated as a new booking. The prices charged for the new booking will be based on spaces and products available at that point in time and may not include the same prices as offered when the initial booking was made. In particular, a User seeking to extend an online booking which was accepted at a particular price and subsequently is seeking to extend the duration of that booking may not necessarily retain the original price as part of a new booking.
There is no extra charge for amending or canceling an online booking.
In the event that your booking is cancelled or amended, a formal notification of the cancellation or amendment will be sent to the email address that you provided during the booking procedure.
