We will hold your booking at the currently available price for up to 2 days for domestic flights or 4 days for international flights.For this service, a charge of 3 or 4 EUR applies for domestic flights and a charge of 6 or 7 EUR for international flights.
How can I “Hold my Booking”?
- Search for and select a flight that is convenient and ideally priced.
- Select “Hold my Booking” in the payment step.
- Complete your payment details and confirm placing your booking on hold.
- The relevant holding fee will be charged and a confirmation email containing a link to complete your reservation and proceed to payment within the holding period will be sent.
- The booking will be held for you for 2 days (48 hours) for domestic flights or 4 days (96 hours) for international flights. You may come back to your booking, which is on hold, at any time within the 48 or 96 hours through:
- link in the confirmation email or
- “My booking” section.

**The holding period commences once the fee is paid and is in reference to the local time of the departure city.
Terms & Conditions
- The “Hold my Booking” service is offered via all digital channels of AEGEAN and Olympic Air.
- The service is available for flights operated by AEGEAN and Olympic Air only.
- AEGEAN and Olympic Air reserve the right to decide which flights are eligible for the “Hold my Booking” service.
- The “Hold my Booking” service is not available when the booking criteria includes eVoucher/discount codes or pertains to award flights, special offers and promos.
- The “Hold my Booking” service for domestic flights is up to 4 days before departure and for international flights is up to 6 days before departure.
- The “Hold my Booking” fee is 3.00€ or 4.00€ [non-refundable] for domestic flights per passenger and per segment and 6.00€ or 7.00€ [non-refundable] for international flights per passenger. Holding fees will not be deducted from the price of the ticket(s).
- AEGEAN and Olympic Air reserve the right adjust the holding fees at any time without prior notice.
- The holding period is 2 days (48 hours) for domestic flights and 4 days (96 hours) for international flights. This period begins from the moment the holding fee is paid at the local time of the departure city.
- Holding fees will not be deducted from the price of the ticket(s).
- Changes to passenger details or travel dates cannot be made once the booking is placed on hold.
- Other non-air services (i.e seat selection, hotel booking, car rental, travel insurance etc.) cannot be placed on hold. Supplementary services can be added via “My booking” once reservation confirmation is complete.
- Your held booking will be cancelled if the payment is not completed within the time frame selected and holding fees will not be refunded.
- AEGEAN and Olympic Air reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
