Do you wish to change, cancel or request a refund for your booking?


If your travel plans have changed and you need to change your booking with Olympic Air, you can do it any time as long as:

1. You request changes before check-in of the original flight closes. See check-in times.
2. The departure time of the new flight is at least 1 hour after the time of change.

Applicable for changes either online or via the Olympic Air Call Center.

1. The terms that are applied for changes, cancellations or refunds of your bookings, depend on the fare class and category of your booked ticket, and these apply per route.

  • Charges may be imposed for changes in date, flight or route, on some fares.
  • On specific cases, name changes are permitted, upon a fee.
  • Ticket change and reissue of the ticket must take place simultaneously.
  • For tickets that allow refund of money, a refund charge is imposed.
  • Taxes are refundable in full for all tickets. A refund charge of 23€ per ticket applies.
  • If there is a non-show at the airport and in specific fare categories, a charge may be applied or changes in date, flight and route may not be permitted.

2. Regarding redemption/award tickets (Miles+Bonus /Alpha Bonus Program/€pistrofi Eurobank loyalty Program/Bank of Cyprus antamivi Scheme) the below terms apply:

  • The date and time of your ticket can be changed, up to 30 min before the flight's departure time, and you must pay 23€ per ticket as a re-issue fee.
  • Only specific fare categories allow changes.
  • Changes of routes are not allowed.
  • Taxes are refundable in full for all tickets. A refund charge of 23€ per ticket applies.
  • If there is tax/fare difference, this must be paid at the time of the ticket changes/reissue. 

3. You may change your booking online via My Booking. However, for the below cases you need to contact our Call Center*:
  • If there is non-show at the airport for the 1st flight, in cases where the ticket is with a return flight or with multiple segments, and you wish to change the next flights.
  • If you want to change the routes of the ticket (points of departure and/or destination).
  • If you want to cancel a booking.

For codeshare flights, which are operated by partner airlines, the fare rules and terms of transfer of the operating airline apply.
*Please note that for transactions through the Olympic Air Call Center, there is a 23€ fee/per ticket.

If your flight has been cancelled, you may see your options below.

  • You can apply for a Credit Voucher which will be credited with an equal value to the initial ticket bought. For flights that were cancelled from 01/07/2020 and onwards, your Credit Voucher will be increased by an extra 10% of the initial ticket value. You will receive it very soon after your application and you are allowed to redeem it on any future flight within the next 18 months. If you will not redeem it, you may request a refund of the amount, either for the total or the remaining unused amount.
  • You can rebook your flight, with no rebooking fees or other cost, by contacting our Call Center.
  • If you do not wish to request a Credit Voucher or proceed with a rebooking of your flight, then you are eligible to request a refund for your future cancelled flight via here.
