Light

• Allowed ticket changes with a charge: 

- the date, the flight and the route prior to departure (per passenger and per segment) 
- for the same booking class or higher and only for the same fare group as the original (i.e. Light). 

• In case of voluntary cancellation taxes are refundable in full. A refund charge of 23€ per ticket applies.
  
• In case of no-show, there can be no change in the date, flight or route, only cancellation is allowed.

*All above are also valid for bookings on Saver fare.

a) You may apply for a Credit Voucher

You may request a credit voucher of the same value as the ticket purchased plus an additional 10% of your initial ticket price (10% top up is not offered for flights cancellations due to severe weather conditions or strike). You will be able to redeem your Credit Voucher on any future flight within the next 18 months.

b) You may change your ticket

You can rebook your ticket on any available flight to the same destination at a new time or future date and/or to a different destination, through our call center or through your travel agent.

Please note that we are currently receiving a high volume of calls. We apologize for any delayed response.

We also inform you that you can change your ticket even after your initial flight date.

c) You may request a Refund

You may request a monetary refund for the value of your ticket online. Find out more here. 

In case you already have a Credit Voucher and you do not want to use it, you are eligible to request a monetary refund, either for the total or the remaining unused amount, 12 months after the date of its issuance.
