Important notes

1. The free baggage allowance and charges policy applies only on flights operated by AEGEAN and Olympic Air aircraft.
2. All charges are subject to change and might differ from the displayed prices upon booking extra baggage.
3. Baggage weighing up to 32kg, but exceeding the dimension limitation of 158 cm (62 inches), is considered special baggage and is charged accordingly.
4. Baggage weighing over 32kg can only be accepted as cargo.
5. Pre-purchased baggage is non-refundable. Refunds are possible only under the following circumstances:
   -If there is a flight change due to flight cancellations or delays, or to schedule changes,
   -In the event of baggage loss.
6. In case of rerouting and reissue of your flight, pre-purchased baggage is included in the new ticket. Please note that if the new baggage’s price is higher, the difference will be charged.
7. You can add extra baggage or carry overweight baggage in one of the following ways:
   -When making an online booking via AEGEAN's & Olympic Air's official digital channels.
   -Through My Booking after ticket purchase and up to 2 hours before scheduled departure.
8. In general, each passenger is allowed to carry a maximum of five (5) items in total (including baggage, pets/animals, sports/special equipment and musical instruments).
9. On codeshare flights, additional baggage is purchased from the partner airline. In this case, partner airline's rates apply, and consumers are not entitled to discounts offered by online booking through the AEGEAN or Olympic Air website.
