Any checked baggage weighing over 23kg and up to 32kg is considered overweight.

Pre-purchased additional baggage when traveling under Family fare, has a 50% discount in relation to baggage added when traveling under Light fare. Important clarifications
- For each extra piece of baggage which also happens to be overweight, a double charge is applied.
- Pre-purchased baggage is non-refundable. Refunds are possible only under the following circumstances: a) If there is a flight change due to flight cancellations or delays, or to schedule changes. b) In the event of baggage loss.
- In case of rerouting and reissue of your flight, pre-purchased baggage is included in the new ticket. Please note that if the new baggage’s price is higher, the difference will be charged.
- Pre-purchase is possible up to 2 hours prior to departure.
- Baggage weighing over 32kg cannot be accepted. It must be sent as cargo.
- Baggage weighing up to 32kg, but exceeding the dimension limitation of 158 cm (62 inches), is considered special baggage and is charged accordingly.
You can add extra baggage or carry overweight baggage in one of the following ways:
- When making an online booking via the official digital channels of Olympic Air and AEGEAN.
- Through My Booking or by filling in the above fields, after ticket purchase and up to 2 hours before scheduled departure.
- Directly from your travel agent, the call center or at the airport. In case somebody wishes to purchase additional baggage through the Call Center, at a time other than that of ticket issuance, a service fee of €8 per passenger will apply.
