Baggage weight allowance made simple!

When flying, it is important to be certain about the weight, dimensions and pieces of cabin baggage you are entitled to carry on board with you, as well as the weight of checked baggage you can drop off at the check-in counter, depending on the fare selected during your booking and the Miles+Bonus privileges of your tier.

As you can see below, the number of bags, charges and allowable dimensions may vary depending on your flight, the fare (Light, Flex, Family, ComfortFlex & Business) and the Class (Economy or Business) in which you are traveling. AEGEAN's maximum weight for checked baggage is 32 kilos; anything over this weight must be sent via Cargo.

Important Note for Economy - Light Fare Travelers

If you’re traveling in Economy (Light Fare) and there is no available cabin storage space, you will need to check in your carry-on bag free of charge at boarding. A baggage receipt will be provided at the gate, and you can collect your bag from the baggage belt upon arrival. Before handing over your bag, please make sure to remove any valuables, such as laptops, cameras and power banks.

Below, you can easily view your allowance according to the Economy or Business fares and also add any additional weight or pieces if necessary.  As an additional perk, you can compare fares below so that you can be confident you have selected the ideal fare and baggage allowance for your flight.
