Passengers with special needs can transport 2 items of mobile equipment at no extra cost. Please keep in mind that mobile equipment used for sports, can also be transported free of charge, as long as it is included within the above two item allowance (two pieces in total).
If you require assistance at the airport or during your boarding/disembarkation you can either, request special assistance, online during the booking process or via My booking. In any case, please make sure your request is submitted at least 48 hours prior to your departure.
Passengers with certain medical conditions, those requiring special care during the flight, as well as passengers in the post-operative period may be required to provide a Medical Information Form (MEDIF). The MEDIF is completed by the passenger's attending physician, giving details on the patient's state of health and certifying that he or she is fit to fly.

If you are an expectant mother with a complication-free pregnancy you can travel normally on Olympic Air flights until the end of the 36th week of pregnancy. After the 36th week of pregnancy you will not be able to board any Olympic Air flight.
